   Nonstick cooking spray
   12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
   1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into cubes
   1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
   1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
   1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus 1 tablespoon flake sea salt, for sprinkling
   2 teaspoons ancho chili powder
   1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
   4 large eggs, at room temperature
   3 large egg yolks, at room temperature
   1 tablespoon vanilla extract
   1 cup light brown sugar
   3/4 cup granulated sugar

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
In a pot, melt the chocolate and butter over a boiling pot. Mix until smooth
In a mixing bowl, add together the flour, salt, and spices
Use a different bowl to mix together the eggs, yolks, and vanilla
Take the chocolate off the stove and mix in the sugars.
Add the egg mixture into the chocolate and continue to stir
Lastly add in the flour mixure
Pour gooey brownie mixture into a casserole dish
Bake for 10-15 minutes
