5 ounces high quality 70% cocoa dark chocolate
1/2 cup organic coconut oil
1 cup light brown sugar (not packed)
1/2 cup almond meal
1/4 cup brown rice flour
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 organic free-range eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon bourbon vanilla

- Turn oven on to 350
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Continue to stir to keep consistancy
- In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, almond meal, salt, and baking soda
- Add in the eggs, vanilla extract and the melted chocolate
- Continue to mix until the gluten free mixture is nice and thick
- Pour the gluten free mixture into a casserole dish
- Bake for 30 minutes
