Fudgy Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup boiling water

2 cups white sugar

2 eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

- Turn oven on to 350

- In a large bowk, start mixing the backing soda, cocoa, boiling water, and vegetable oil.

- Next add in the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil

- Mix in salt, flour, and vanilla. Make sure you mix all the ingredients well

- Pour the fudgy mixture into a casserole dish

- Bake for 40 minutes
