Ingredients

   1 cup butter, softened
   2 cups white sugar
   4 eggs
   1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
   2 cups all-purpose flour
   3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
   1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
   1/2 cup chopped walnuts
   4 cups unsweetened flaked coconut
   1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
   1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, mix together the butter, cream, and sugar. Mix well
Add in the eggs, walnuts, and vanilla extract
Mix in the flour, cocoa, and cream of tartar
Pour half this mixture into a casserole dish
In a seperate bowl, mix together the coconut, milk, and vanilla extract
Pour the coconut mixture on top of casserole
Add remaining cocoa mixture
Bake for 40 minutes
